The classification file folders that you will be using will need to be labeled so that you can easily
identify the contents. More information is provided in the Lifetime File System eBook about how
to create and print labels for your folders. File label sheets can be acquired at your local office
supply store. The following type of labels work best for these file folders:
Type of File Labels: Self-Adhesive File Labels
Sheet Size: 8.5" x 11", letter size
Labels Per Sheet: 30 labels (2 columns of 15 labels). See graphic to the right.
Individual Label Size: 1/3 cut, 2/3 inches x 3 7/16 inches
Color(s) White
Similar Brand: Avery® 8366
Note: Make sure you purchase the correct type of labels so that they are compatible with your printer.
For example, if you have an inkjet printer, you need labels recommended for inkjet printers.
If you have a laser printer, purchase labels for a laser printer. The Avery® 8366 labels mentioned
above are compatible with both laser and inkjet printers.
